Hi! I’m Aki Sakata, and I help small businesses shine online, grow sales, and reach their customers — all while keeping it practical, hands-on, and real. Think of me as your partner in business, right there beside you as you tackle product launches, social media campaigns, trade shows, and everything in between.

I’ve been lucky to wear many hats over the years. I’ve worked as a Product Manager at Rakuten, collaborating with designers to create seamless user experiences, refine brand aesthetics, and make products that customers love. I’ve launched websites, apps, and online stores from scratch, often under tight deadlines, and I’ve done it with remote teams across the globe.

But my heart is in small business. I’ve spent years helping mom-and-pop shops, artisans, and local entrepreneurs take their ideas from concept to reality. I know what it’s like to be in the trenches: I’ll wake up early with you, grind through long days at a trade show, figure out logistics, set up displays, run campaigns, and cheer you on every step of the way. I’m also a designer at heart. I’ve got a sharp eye for visuals, layouts, product presentation, and branding. Whether it’s a website, a social media post, or a product photo, I know how to make your business look professional, inviting, and true to your brand.
